Rollover is the number of times you need to wager the total amount (deposit + bonus) before you can withdraw winnings generated by the bonus. At 20game, the welcome bonus rollover is 5x. Example: you deposited R$ 100.00 and received R$ 100.00 as a bonus. The total is R$ 200.00 × 5 = R$ 1,000.00 in wagers to meet the rollover. Bets with odds below 1.5 (in sports) or on certain casino games may not count toward the rollover. See the full terms.

The weekly cashback is calculated on your net losses for the week (Monday to Sunday). If you lost R$ 300.00 during the week, you receive R$ 30.00 in cashback credited every Monday. The cashback carries a 1x rollover — you need to wager the amount once before withdrawing. You must have made at least one deposit during the week to be eligible. Cashback appears automatically in your account's bonus section every Monday.

Expired bonuses cannot be recovered, as deadlines are set in the terms to ensure fair use of benefits. The welcome bonus must be used within 30 days. The weekly cashback expires in 7 days if unused.
