Terms and Conditions of 20game – Your Rights & Our Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the platform 20game, accessible at 20game.best, and all related services offered by the company. By accessing the platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any 20game product — whether Sports Betting, live casino, e-sports, slots, or any other category — the user confirms they have read, understood, and fully agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with any provision of this document, you should refrain from using the platform. 20game reserves the right to update these terms periodically. Users will be notified via their registered email or by a notice on the platform whenever material changes are made.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, in particular the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 – LGPD), and the applicable legislation on sports betting in Brazil.

2. Registration & Account

To use 20game's services, you need to create a personal account on the site. Registration is free and requires the following information:

• Full legal name as shown on an official ID;
• Valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas);
• Date of birth;
• An active email address;
• Mobile phone number with a Brazilian area code (DDD);
• Access password created by the user.

Each user may have only one account at 20game. Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, to bypass limits or restrictions, or for any other purpose that undermines the integrity of the platform or other players is strictly prohibited.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact 20game support immediately via live chat. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from the user's own sharing of credentials.

3. Minimum Age

20game's services are intended exclusively for users aged 18 years old. Access to and use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By creating an account, the user confirms they are 18 years of age or older.

If a user is found to be underage, the account will be immediately closed, all deposits will be refunded, and any winnings will be voided. 4. Deposits

20game accepts the following deposit methods, all in Brazilian BRL (R$):

20game reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm ownership of the payment method before crediting a deposit, particularly for transactions above R$ 5,000.00.

5. Withdrawals

You can request a withdrawal of your available real balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a bank account or Pix key linked to the same CPF registered on 20game;
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or to a payment method different from the one used for the deposit are not permitted (in certain situations);
• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00;
• The standard processing time for Pix credits is up to 3 minutes after approval;
• High-value withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification, with a processing time of up to 24 hours.

20game does not charge no fee for withdrawal. The requested amount is transferred in full to the user's account. Bonus balances are subject to rollover requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

20game runs regular promotions for both new and existing players. The main conditions that apply to all platform bonuses are:

6.1 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus equals 100% of your first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. It is activated automatically on the first deposit, with no promo code required. Conditions:

6.2 Other Promotions

Recurring promotions — such as the Monday reload bonus (50% up to R$ 200.00), the 10% weekly cashback, and free spins — have their own specific terms published on the promotion page at the time of the offer. The general conditions in this section apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the individual offer's communication.

7. Sports Betting

20game offers betting on sports including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Copa do Mundo), volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, e-sports, and more. The general rules that apply to all bets are:

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled by the user once the event has started;
• The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the valid odds, regardless of any subsequent market changes;
• Live betting is available between game periods or rounds. Live odds reflect performance up to that point and are calculated independently;
• In the event a match is postponed by more than 48 hours from the original scheduled time, the bet is automatically refunded;
• In combination bets (multiples), if one selection is cancelled, that selection is removed from the slip and the odds are recalculated without it;
• Obvious typographical errors in odds (odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault) may be voided by 20game, with a full refund issued to the player.

20game monitors bets to detect irregular patterns or event manipulation. Bets placed by users with insider knowledge of results, or who are involved in match-fixing schemes, will be cancelled and the accounts involved permanently closed.

8. Live Casino & E-sports

20game's live casino includes roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and other games operated by internationally licensed providers. E-sports coverage includes CS2, League of Legends, Valorant, Dota 2, and other titles. For these categories:

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live dealers streamed in real time;
• If a disconnection occurs during a game round, the round is processed normally based on the last action confirmed by the system;
• E-sports betting follows the same general Sports Betting rules described in Section 7;
• 20game is not responsible for third-party broadcast failures that affect the viewing of live casino games, provided that already-confirmed bets are processed correctly.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 20game platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to improperly claim bonuses or circumvent limits;
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any software that interferes with the platform's normal operation;
• Coordinated betting across separate accounts to guarantee a return regardless of the actual outcome (unfair arbitrage);
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Any form of money laundering using the platform as an intermediary;
• Access to the platform by users under 18;
• Sharing your account with third parties or granting unauthorized proxy access.

20game cooperates fully with Brazilian regulatory and law enforcement authorities in investigations involving financial crimes, money laundering, and fraud. Users identified in any of the above situations will have their accounts closed immediately and their balances held pending investigation.

10. Account Closure

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time via live chat or by emailing contato@20game.best. Before closure, all pending withdrawals must be processed and the available real balance will be returned.

20game may close or suspend an account in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Identification of an underage user;
• Self-exclusion request by the user (responsible gambling program);
• Inactivity for more than 24 months, subject to prior notification by email.

In the event of closure due to a terms violation, the bonus balance is cancelled in full. The real balance (deposits and already-converted winnings) will be returned to the user after review and confirmation of the lawful origin of the funds.

14. Changes to the Terms
